INVITATION FOR BIDS

 

 

 

 

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the City of Tallassee until 4:00 p.m. September 1, 2023 for the following:

 

  1. Cutting grass, weed eating and any other lawn maintenance at both Rose Hill and Carrville Cemeteries.
  2. Cutting grass, weed eating and any other lawn maintenance at just Rose Hill Cemetery.
  3. Cutting grass, weed eating and any other lawn maintenance at just Carrville Cemetery.
  4. Cutting grass, weed eating and any other lawn maintenance at just the Old Section of Rose Hill Cemetery.

 

Bids must be submitted to the City of Tallassee, Alabama. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked as: “Bid for grass cutting and weed eating at cemeteries”, addressed as follows and delivered to the City Clerk, City of Tallassee, Alabama 3 Freeman Avenue, Tallassee, Alabama 36078. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the following: The name and address of the party placing the bid.

 

The right is reserved by the City of Tallassee to accept that bid, which in the judgment of the City is most advantageous to the City, or to waive any irregularities in any bid, to reject any and all bids, or to re-bid, if desired.
