The City Clerk is the business manager of City Hall.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • City Treasurer
  • Prepare and Submit City Budget
  • Custodian of Public Records – City Council Minutes, Ordinances, Resolutions
  • Posting of Official/Legal Notices
  • City Council Agenda - prepares and distributes
  • Assist Public with Inquires
  • Personnel/Payroll/Human Resources

Job applications for City jobs are only accepted when a vacancy is advertised.

 

The City Clerk is the Election Official for the City.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ensure all elections held within the City meet all Federal and State governmental guidelines.
  • Candidate Qualifying
  • Ballot Printing
  • Prepares and Maintains Voter Lists
  • Absentee Voting Official
  • Voter Registration
