Water/Gas/Sewage/Garbage Information:

New Service for Homeowners
You will need proof of ownership ex. Warranty deed, you will also need a valid Drivers License and Social Security Card.

New Service for Renters
You will need a copy of the rental agreement, a valid drivers license, and Social Security Card. Homeowner must have a valid City of Tallassee business license before utilities can be turned on.

Billing Cycle is the 25th of each month, payment is due on the 10th of the following month. Late fees are 10% of the account balance.

Disconnect for non-payment is 30 days after your billing date.
