Item 1: Public Hearing to hear the petition concerning the following rezoning:
Item 1.1: Rezone property located beside 575 South Tallassee Drive from Residential 1 to Agriculture, Forestry, Residential.
Item 1.2: Rezone property located at Gilmer Avenue (Red Britt Curve) from Residential 1 to General Business.
Item 2: Introduce ordinance to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 2007-431 to rezone vacant property located beside 575 South Tallassee Drive from Residential 1 to Agriculture, Forestry, Residential.
Item 3: Introduce ordinance to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 2007-431 to rezone vacant property on Gilmer Avenue located at “Red Britt Curve” from Residential 1 to General Business.
