AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANE NO. 2008-439
The City Council of The City of Tallassee hereby amends Tallassee City Ordinance No.
2008-439 as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2. of Ordinance No. 2008-439 is hereby amended to fix and impose the
qualifying fee for all candidates seeking election as Council Member or Board of Education
member of the City of Tallassee at $50.00 (fifty dollars).
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2008-439 shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication as required
by law.
ADOPTED THIS THE 12th DAY OF MAY 2025.
