Wendy Clayton and Mr. Black discussed keeping the Cemetery loop closed to respect the cemetery and the property. Ben Creamer wrote a letter to the Council requesting access to the loop.

Councilmember Mosher asked if the part time accountant position was a salaried position and if so, did it have set hours and where would the money be coming from. Councilmember Hall said that he had been asked if this would be a conflict of interest/ethics violation since Mrs. Beckham would also be working part time for the Mayor at his personal business. Councilmember Hall said that he did not find an ethics violation but noted that we did need to add stipulations such as hours worked and working at City Hall in the contract.

On motion of Councilmember Hall and second of Councilmember Hughey, and a vote in favor by all other councilmembers, the meeting was adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
