Item 1. The agenda for the October 12, 2021 council meeting was generally discussed. Among other matters, there was a discussion about whether someone who is a lessee of the Industrial Development Board could be appointed a member of that Board. IDB member Don Haycock stated that this individual, if appointed a member of the Board, would have to recuse on any votes affecting his lease. There was discussion about the KPS infrastructure project at the Industrial Park. Mr. Haycock recapped the agreement between the IDB and City in this regard.
Councilmember Hill discussed the need for certain adjustments to the City’s 2021-2022 budget that was recently adopted.
