PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT OFFICE MANAGER
The City of Tallassee has an immediate opening in the Parks & Recreation Department for an Office Manager. This is a full time job. The office manager ensures the smooth running of the recreation department office on a day-to-day basis. Duties include but not limited to performing a variety of general office duties such as typing, answering and directing phone calls and taking messages, greeting the public and providing information, preparing, maintaining, and filing records. Handles monies and assists with programs and events.
Reports to: Program Coordinator / Executive Director
